Returns & Exchanges

If you want to exchange or return a product, you’re highly requested to go through our certain return and exchange policies to avoid inconvenience later.

Our policies

  • We will provide a refund for all commodities in untouched and unused condition within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a refund in the original form of payment.
  • Return would have to be sent to our warehouse address.
  • We would not refund anyShipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds will consist of the price of the item, including applicable sales tax.
  • We also have an exchange policy, you are allowed to exchange one product for another but make sure that If the other item is higher in price than the purchased item, the difference of the amount is to be paid.
  • You have to pay the freight and transport charges for the product if you want to return it or exchange it.
  • You have to pay a $20 restocking fee on a return of items, or if you want a refund.
  • Please note that all of our on-sale items are final and not eligible for any kind of refund or exchange policy.
  • You are only eligible for refund until your order is not shipped or dispatched from the company.

Custom Orders

A custom order is specifically made for a customer according to his or her choice and preferences, unfortunately we can’t resell them so we wouldn’t issue any exchange or refund policy for this however if you have any certain issue with the product, we would definitely take responsibility to fix it.

Incorrect Orders Or Damaged Products

According to our Returns & Exchange policy, if we send you an incorrect or the product reaches you incorrectly, we will replace the item with the correct one or welcome a return and provide full refund to the respected customer.


The refund would be sent to the customer in the original form of payment.
